Traditional Cretan sausage made with natural intestine, naturally smoked with beech wood. Contains fresh pork meat in pieces, vinegar, table salt, cumin and spices. No preservatives added & gluten-free.

Available in packages of 350gr – 400 gr.
Cooking Information
The product requires heat treatment before consumption. Grill or pan-cook with a little oil for 10 minutes.
Preservation
Keep refrigerated at temperatures between 0°C to 4°C. Once opened, consume within 7 days.
