TRADITIONAL CRETAN KAPRIKO

Kapriko is a traditional deli meat from our hometown, Galatas (Crete). It is made with fresh pork meat (steak) with its skin and it is slowly cooked in a wood-oven, with beech-wood. It contains only table salt. No preservatives added & gluten-free. Available in packages of ~300g.

Preservation

Keep refrigerated at temperatures between 0°C to 4°C. Once opened, consume within 7 days.
