TRADITIONAL CRETAN APAKI
Apaki is a traditional Cretan deli meat made from fresh pork meat which is marinated in vinegar and smoked naturally with beech wood. It contains table salt and spices. No preservatives added & gluten-free. Available in packages of 350-450 g.
Cooking Information
The product requires heat treatment before consumption. Cut it in slices and grill or pan-cook with a little oil for 1-2 minutes per side.
Preservation
Keep refrigerated at temperatures between 0°C to 4°C. Once opened, consume within 7 days.
