CRETAN TRADITIONAL APAKI IN THIN SLICES
Apaki is a traditional Cretan deli meat made from fresh pork meat which is marinated in vinegar and smoked naturally with beech wood. It contains table salt and spices. No preservatives added & gluten-free. Available in packages of 150gr, cut into thin slices.
Cooking Information
The product does not require heat treatment before consumption. It is ready to be served on sandwiches, deli platters, or enjoyed on its own.
Preservation
Keep refrigerated at temperatures between 0°C to 4°C. Once opened, consume within 7 days.
