Pastrami is made from Cretan Black Angus beef. It is spicy in taste and contains edible salt and spices. Available in HORECA packages of 2kg and 500g (in slices).
Cooking Information
The product does not require heat treatment before consumption.
Preservation
Keep refrigerated at temperatures between 0°C to 4°C. Once opened, consume within 7 days.
