Our air dried salami is made from pork and beef. It contains table salt, spices and herbs. Dry-cured for more than a month. Available in packages of ~200g.
Cooking Information
The product does not require heat treatment before consumption.
Preservation
Keep refrigerated at temperatures between 0°C to 4°C. Once opened, consume within 7 days.
