The Cretan Sausage is made from fresh pork meat. It contains table salt, Cretan herbs (dittany and thyme), and spices. Gluten-free. Available in packages of 300g.
Cooking Information
The product requires heat treatment before consumption. Grill or pan-cook with a little oil for 10 minutes.
Preservation
Keep refrigerated at temperatures between 0°C to 4°C. Once opened, consume within 7 days.
