
Ingridients:
1 baguette made with yeast
3 slices of grilled or fried aubergine
20gr. of smoked pancetta pate’ Kassakis
40 gr. of soft Cretan cheese (mizithra)
Sun dried tomato sliced
1 tablespoon of basil oil (10 basil leaves & 150gr. of olive oil
1 fresh or dried fig

Instructions:
We slice the baguette in thin slices and grill them. When grilled we let them sit. We spread the smoked pancetta pate’ on the crispy baguette, put the cheese on in slices, then the aubergine and finally the fig sliced. We sprinkle with the basil oil and finish with the sun dried tomato on top.
