Ingridients:
200gr green mix salad( lola ,rocket, iceberg, spinach)
50gr smoked pancetta pate’ Kassakis

1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 pcs dried prunes left in water
1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:
We create a burger with the smoked pancetta pate’, as thin as possible and place it in a heated frying pan. We turn gently so it doesn’t break. When it has the right colour we take it out and let it sit.
For the vinaigrette:
We mix all the ingredients in a blender except the olive oil until creamy and then we add the olive oil. In a plate we place the smoked pancetta pate’ crust, on it we place a handful of salad and then we pour the vinaigrette.
