Ingridients:
2 leek sausages
3 green peppers
3 red peppers
2 cloves garlic
1 large onion
2 tomatoes
salt
pepper
1 glass of wine.
Instructions:
Cut the sausage into slices, and the peppers,the onion, thegarlic and the tomatoes into small cubes.Put the sausage without oil and sauté it until it is coloured and removes its fat. Then put in the remaining vegetables and continue sautéing them. Pour in the wine, salt and pepper, and let them simmer until all the ingredients become mellow. (If you do not want the tomatoes into small cubes you can rub them.)
